Join us for a cozy potluck to chat with her about her book, & her unique pleasure-centered, plant-allied praxis of pregnancy prevention. Participants will learn about cycle & fertility awareness practices, & be introduced to ideas & herbs for preventing pregnancy in the case of an “oops”.

Discussion will include:

• Anatomy & physiology & biochemistry of ovulation, conception & implantation

• Clear definition of emmenagogues, implantation inhibitors vs. abortifacients

• Psycho-spiritual guidance for finding your “Sacred Yes” in avoiding pregnancy
