Our conversation will explore uterine blood loss throughout the womb continuum, including menstruation, pregnancy release, & postpartum:

  • Emergency preparedness for excessive bleeding.

  • Home, wilderness & hospital care strategies.

  • What to expect from clinical care.

  • Patient advocacy & collaborative relationships with providers.

  • Practical, holistic, & herbal options for preventative care & management outside of clinical settings.

  • Signs it’s time to head to urgent care or the ER.
